Since 2007 I have focused almost exclusively on advocating for employee rights in the workplace. I have experience prosecuting wage and hour class actions in state and federal courts and have been appointed class counsel in over 60 cases recovering unpaid wages, overtime pay, missed breaks and other penalties on behalf of cheated employees. We have recovered over millions in wages and penalties on behalf of thousands of employees.
I also have experience in protecting employee civil rights in the workplace. My clients are victims of wage theft, harassment, discrimination and retaliation. Employees who have the courage to stand up for their rights in the workplace are often harassed, ostracized and retaliated against. I give them a voice. I protect their rights.
