David Yeremian

Managing Attorney

David Yeremian is the founder and principal of David Yeremian & Associates, Inc., in Los Angeles, California. In practice for 15 years, David has developed a reputation as David tireless advocate for workers’ rights. David primarily handles wage and hour class actions and wrongful termination matters. Over the past 10 years David has been appointed as lead or co-lead class counsel in over 100 cases recovering nearly $75 million in unpaid wages and penalties on behalf of thousands of employees for wage, hour and working condition violations.

David also has experience in protecting employee civil rights in the workplace. His clients are victims of wage theft, harassment, discrimination, retaliation and wrongful termination. Employees who have the courage to stand up for their rights in the workplace are often harassed, ostracized and retaliated against. David gives them a voice.

He has been selected to Super Lawyers or Rising Stars in 2009, 2010, and 2012-2018. David graduated from the UCLA School of Law and the Anderson School of Management and UC Berkeley.

ALVIN B. LINDSAY

Senior Associate

Al Lindsay is an experienced civil litigator with comprehensive expertise in employment law, class actions, intellectual property, and business matters. Mr. Lindsay joined the firm as a senior associate attorney in 2017, and since 2010 has focused his practice on all aspects of employment law, including class actions, collective actions, and representative claims under the California Labor Code, the FLSA, and the unfair competition laws. These cases have secured millions in settlement funds for clients throughout California. Mr. Lindsay also practiced for several years as an intellectual property counsel focusing on litigating patent infringement actions, and has additional litigation experience in trademark, trade secret, unfair competition and antitrust litigation.

Mr. Lindsay graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point, and served as an Army officer in the Corps of Engineers for ten years before becoming an attorney. He served in various stateside and overseas postings, and is a veteran of Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm. He graduated cum laude from Whittier Law School, where he was Executive Editor of the Whittier Law Review and served as a judicial extern. Mr. Lindsay’s diverse legal, leadership, and life experience has instilled in him a conviction that the practice of law must remain an honorable profession. He carries himself accordingly in all endeavors while zealously advocating the rights of the employees he has been privileged to represent with great success.

ROMAN SHKODNIK

Associate

Roman Shkodnik is an associate with David Yeremian & Associates, Inc. Mr. Shkodnik practices in the area of employment discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, harassment, and wage and hour claims. Mr. Shkodnik joined David Yeremian & Associates, Inc. in January of 2016 and has successfully negotiated and litigated numerous cases on behalf of his clients and is passionate about protecting employee rights.

Mr. Shkodnik graduated from the University of California-Los Angeles with B.A. degrees in political science and history and earned his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School. While at Loyola Law School, Mr. Shkodnik served as a staffer and editor on the Loyola Law Review. Mr. Shkodnik also externed at the Cancer Legal Research Center where he assisted employees who suffered discrimination, harassment, and retaliation for reporting disabilities and medical conditions to their employers. Mr. Shkodnik has focused his practice exclusively on employment law since his admission to the California Bar in 2012.

Jason Rothman

Associate

Since passing the California Bar, Jason Rothman has handled complex business litigation in federal and state courts in the areas of bankruptcy, malpractice, construction defect, accounting, and other business matters. Mr. Rothman has obtained favorable outcomes for his clients involving business disputes against entities such as Bank of America and Wells Fargo Bank. He has also successfully represented clients in malpractice matters, savings his clients millions of dollars in potential liability.

Mr. Rothman joined David Yeremian & Associates, Inc. in 2018 as an associate attorney. He graduated from the University of California, San Diego, with a BA in Law and Society. He worked as a class action paralegal for several years before attending the Thomas Jefferson School of Law and becoming a member of the bar in 2015. Over the past few years Mr. Rothman developed a passion for protecting the rights of employees. A passion which he pursues daily at David Yeremian & Associates, Inc.

NATALIA BERMUDEZ

Litigation Assistant

Natalia is the firm’s senior legal assistant. She has been an important part of the team since day 1 in 2013. Natalia oversees and coordinates all of the firm’s litigation, including managing the firm calendar, handling federal and state court filings, updating clients, and assisting attorneys. Natalia is fluent in Spanish and assists with translating for the firm’s Spanish-speaking clients.

SASHA ZAMBRANO

Intake Coordinator

Sasha is the intake coordinator for David Yeremian & Associates, Inc. She is the first point of contact for new and existing clients. Sasha is trained to interview clients regarding their employment claims, assist them with locating documents, and providing them updates on their case. She also serves in a support role assisting the firm’s attorneys with client communication, court filings, and overall office management. She is also fluent in Spanish and provides translations for the firm’s Spanish-speaking clients.
