David Yeremian

Managing Attorney

David Yeremian is the founder and principal of David Yeremian & Associates, Inc., in Los Angeles, California. In practice for 14 years, David has developed a reputation as David tireless advocate for workers’ rights. David primarily handles wage and hour class actions and wrongful termination matters. Over the past 8 years David has been appointed as lead or co-lead class counsel in over 60 cases recovering nearly $75 million in unpaid wages and penalties on behalf of thousands of employees for wage, hour and working condition violations.

David also has experience in protecting employee civil rights in the workplace. His clients are victims of wage theft, harassment, discrimination, retaliation and wrongful termination. Employees who have the courage to stand up for their rights in the workplace are often harassed, ostracized and retaliated against. David gives them a voice.

He has been selected to Super Lawyers or Rising Stars in 2009, 2010, 2012-2016. David graduated from the UCLA School of Law and the Anderson School of Management and UC Berkeley.

David Keledjian


David Keledjian joined David Yeremian & Associates, Inc. in 2014. Mr. Keledjian’s practice encompasses all aspects of employment litigation, with specific focus in the area of wage and hour class actions. He has successfully represented large classes of employees for a variety of claims including unpaid wages, overtime, meal and rest periods, vacation pay, and more. Mr. Keledjian also has experience in consumer class actions involving unlawful debt collection practices, credit reporting, and telephonic consumer protection. He received his B.A in economics from California State University, Fullerton, and his J.D. from Trinity Law School.

Roman Shkodnik


Roman Shkodnik is an associate with David Yeremian & Associates, Inc. Mr. Shkodnik practices in the area of employment discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, harassment, and wage and hour claims. Mr. Shkodnik joined David Yeremian & Associates, Inc. in January of 2016 and has successfully negotiated and litigated numerous cases on behalf of his clients and is passionate about protecting employee rights.

Mr. Shkodnik graduated from the University of California-Los Angeles with B.A. degrees in political science and history and earned his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School. While at Loyola Law School, Mr. Shkodnik served as a staffer and editor on the Loyola Law Review. Mr. Shkodnik also externed at the Cancer Legal Research Center where he assisted employees who suffered discrimination, harassment, and retaliation for reporting disabilities and medical conditions to their employers. Mr. Shkodnik has focused his practice exclusively on employment law since his admission to the California Bar in 2012.

Edgar Manukyan


Edgar Manukyan joined David Yeremian & Associates, Inc. in August of 2016 after graduating from Southwestern Law School. Mr. Manukyan practices in the areas of employment discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, harassment, and wage and hour claims, including class actions.

Having worked through college and law school in law firms, Mr. Manukyan has many years of legal experience before becoming an attorney. Mr. Manukyan obtained his B.A. in political science from the University of California, Irvine and his J.D. from Southwestern Law School. His many years spent assisting clients with their personal injury claims taught Mr. Manukyan that individuals face substantial challenges in the legal system without adequate representation. He now channels his experiences into a passion for protecting the rights of his clients to help them overcome the obstacles they encounter to receive proper compensation for their losses.
